Received word from Marvin's wife, Julie, that Marvin had passed on 26 May 2018. While at Lincoln he was on the basketball team and the Lettermens club and Roll Presient.
So sorry to hear of Marv's passing. As kids, we shot baskets at McDonald Elementary for hours. Marv had every Elvis record available and we would sing along at his house on Latona Ave. Later he and Leo Sicklebower shared an apartment by Green Lake and there was an "ongoing party" there it seemed. I'm sure there are some who remember the famous Bill Murphy "drop your drawers" challange to anyone willing to participate (usually only Murphy). Marv was a great basketball player and would drive past me like I was standing still. Marv was a loving father and family man. Last saw Marv at the 50th reunion and he was talking to everyone. So many memories from innocent times. Rest in peace Marv.
