Elizabeth Bonnie F. Weed (Denning)

Elizabeth "Bonnie' Finley (Weed) Denning, 70, died Thursday. October 30, 2014. Bonnie was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Fred G. and Elizabeth V. (McClure) Weed. She grew up in Seattle, Washington, moved to Vernon, and then settle in Monson for nearly 30 years. Bonnie was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Monson. She and her husband were active with the BSA Troop 818 in Enfield, and the Loyal Order of Moose for many years.

Bonnie was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Robert P. Denning, in 2013. She leaves her brother-in-law, Frank Denning and his wife, Carol, of Union: two nephews, Michael P. Denning and his wife, Lynn, Thomas R. Denning; a niece Linda M. Denning Shea and her husband, John; three great nephews, Michael T. Gallichant, Paul D. Denning, and John D. Shea IV; three great-nieces, Sarah D. Gallichant, Taryn E. Denning, and Payton S. Denning. She also leaves a caring friend, Ingrid Hohm, who has been a source of great comfort in recent months.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov.4, 2014. A visiting hour was held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Lombard Funeral Home, 3 Bridge St. Monson, Massachusetts. Liturgy of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick;s Church also in Monson, and burial was followed at Bethany Cemetery,
