From Ancestry.com LUS Bill passed away on july 16th, 2012 after a two year battle with cancer. Bill graduated with honors from the University of Washington business school 1971. He married Roxanne Esary of Burlington, WA. Bill and Roxanne were indeed fortunate to have two wonderful and loving children, Jeffrey and Cherron. Bill was especially proud of his children, he loved coaching and attending sport activities. Bill enjoyed golfing, annual fishing trips, boating, hiking and was an avid sports fan. Bill was employed by Mutual Materials following college and moved on to become general manager with Mid-City Materials. In 1982, Bill was hired by Pacific Water Works in Seattle, a water works distribution company, as Vice-President and eventually became President and CEO. He expanded the company three branches into fourteen, throughout Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho. After selling the company in 1998 he and his son Jeffrey started a commercial real estate company. Davis Property and Investment, LLC. His daughter Cherron also joined the company in 2006. Bill was an astute businessman, conducted himself with the utmost integrity and was respected by his contemporaries. He is survived by his beloved wife, Roxanne Davis. His son Jeffery and wife Shelley, his daughter Cherron and her husband, Issac Naipo. Two grandchildren and future twin grandchildren. His sisters, Nancy Lucas and Virginia Christenson, step Brother Gary Tibbetts and step sister Barbara Tibbets.
